As shown below, our church parish already enjoys several annual events for community, sharing good times and good food. For each of these existing events, planning and implementation teams are established. As part of our vitality and sustainability efforts, we will be engaged in the coming months to expand parishioner involvement to include those who wish to share their talents and energies. A coordinating Events Planning Team is also being formalized to facilitate communication, coordination, and collaboration among existing and new parish events and activities. Parishioner ideas and suggestions are welcome and individuals may submit specific ideas and interests by sending an email message to the Parish Office ([email protected]). NOTE: For those individuals who indicated an interest in this ministry on their Parish Registration form, we will be following up with you in the near future.
Please check this web page from time to time, as ongoing planning and event details will be shared on this page. Announcements about opportunities and upcoming events will also be posted to our Parish Calendar and News-Events page.
Our next All Saints Day Food and Community event will be Wednesday, November 1, 2023.
Thanks to all who were involved in the planning, cooking, and serving for this year's very successful July 4 Food Festival. And a huge thank you all those came out to enjoy this celebration and support our food festival.
Family and Friends Day is returning - tentative date is October 29, 2023, so save the date. Confirmation of this date will be forthcoming very soon. We will be reaching out to individuals previously involved in planning and those who have expressed an interest via their Parish Registration form. Any others who are interested in being involved in the planning and/or the day-of events, please send an email message with your specific talents/interests to [email protected].
