If you have not noticed, each of our three beautiful and historic bells are now in custom-made stands. We want to thank M Rodrigue and Son, Inc. in Vacherie for their generous donation of the bell stands created for our middle-size bell, Mary, and our largest bell, Johanna. Special thanks to Mr. Francis Rodrigue and Mr. Harold Rodrigue, Jr. who designed, crafted, and gifted these stands to our church parish. Our next steps are to build a pavilion to house the bells in the green space between the rectory and church, which will also include a prayer garden with seating and landscaping. When all is completed, we will be able to enjoy seeing the historical inscriptions up close and hearing the bells ring once again.
